Description
These rungs feature a quick-change latch that allows you to change the placement of the rungs and easily lock them in to position. Spacer markers are placed at 48cm intervals to aid alignment so you can change the rung spacing to suit your training needs. The 9m ladder has 20 rungs and can be split in to two equal sections to diversify your training. Comes with 4 metal stakes to keep the ladder firmly in place when using on grass and end loops which allow you to attach plate weights to hold the ladder in place when using indoors. Carry handle allows rungs to be thread on to prevent tangling during storage. Carry bag included.
