Large velcro panels on these PVC vertical frames provide a sticky target for the HART Scooter Launch Balls (33-590). Moving targets are harder to hit so plenty of fun will be had throwing or launching balls at these. These goals attach to HART Double Scooter Boards (33-580) with locking pins to keep them in place. Pair includes: 1 x Blue and 1 x Red target.
